Children
The Fizzy Tarté welcomes children on the terrace only, until 7pm each day. Please note we cannot accommodate prams/pushchairs and we cannot supply high chairs due to space limitations and table service. After 7pm anyone on the premises must be over 18 years of age.

Smoking
We do not permit smoking inside or on the terrace area of our premises.
Dress Code
After 7pm on a Friday and Saturday evening we adopt a smart casual dress code. We kindly ask for no sportswear, sports trainers or fancy dress. Smart ripped jeans are permitted in The Fizzy Tarte.
Challenge 25
We adopt a challenge 25 approach like all other venues. This means if you look under 25 years of age you may be asked for identification on entry or at the bar. The management reserve the right to refuse admission at any time.
Booking enquiries
We take bookings for Afternoon Tea (Monday to Friday Only) & Booth Packages. These are bookable via our on-line system. Please note we can take bookings on a Saturday but this is only bookable via our concierge and is subject to availability.
Due to the size of the premises we can’t hold large parties, however, if you have a party of up to 10 people, you can hire our Private Booth. For larger parties we can also offer our sister property next door ‘BAHA’ if you wish to and our concierge is happy to give you further details.
Afternoon Tea and other available packages can be booked via our website.
Disclaimer
We aim to please and maintain high standards in regard to our products and services. In order to be able to offer a fresh menu and a varied level of choice, this may require us to change or substitute stock at The Fizzy Tarté. Therefore, on occasion, you may find a product unavailable. However, if this is the case please do not be too disappointed, and be sure to speak to a member of our staff who will be more than happy to help you find a delicious alternative.
Food Disclaimer
Food offered on these premises may contain traces of nuts or may have been produced in a factory that contains nuts. If you have any allergy or dietary needs, please speak with a member of our staff. In addition if you have any special dietary requirements please let us know in advance.
Dry Ice Disclaimer
Please be aware some of our cocktails do use dry ice for showmanship purposes only. We recommend before consuming any drink which uses dry ice that you allow for any ‘smoke’ to fully disappear. Any of our cocktails that use dry ice have been designed specially so the dry ice remains separate from any ingredients that are designated for consumption. If you choose to combine any liquid with the dry ice and consume it (which we strongly advise against and we must make you aware this has potentially life threating consequences) then we will not be held responsible for the results of your actions by combing said products. Dry Ice is completely safe when used in the way it has been intended for and all our staff are trained on how to safely use this product. If you have any questions what so ever, please ask a member of our team.
Discounts
Discount will not be applicable where other discounts are advertised.
Discount may not be available throughout December and other dates deemed “special”.
The Fizzy Tarte reserves the right to make any dates “special”.
The Fizzy Tarte reserves the right to vary or amend these rules at any time.

From time to time we film our venue for promotional & marketing purposes by entering this establishment, you agree to allow for your image to appear in our videotaping & photography.

No contract is implied or made by virtue of these arrangements.
Standard Delivery – 3-5 business days
All orders purchased by standard delivery will be posted 3 – 5 business days, Monday to Friday.
Private Booth Hire:
- All deposits and full payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Booth has a capacity of up to 10 people.
- Bookings are for 3 hours maximum.
- All bookings can be made by contacting us here.
- All bookings require a deposit at time of booking. This applies for any packages purchased with us.
- If you’re booking a package any extra person over 6 can be added to a package for the listed person price of the package. See our packages here.
- Bookings for groups less than 6 have a minimum spend. Please see each package for further information.
- All reservation will be kept open for 15 minute periods, after which time we reserve the right to release unless you have contacted us in advance to make us aware of any delays to your arrival.
- Please be aware our door team has the absolute discretion to refuse entry without reason. If you are refused entry your package will not be refunded.

Please note the following applies to any booking made.
- All bookings are non-transferable or non-refundable.
- All tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reversed time, unless you notify us prior to your arrival.
- Classic and Indulgence Afternoon are based on a minimum of two people sharing.
- The Fizzy Tarté Ultimate Indulgence Afternoon Tea is for over 18’s only.
- All deposits are non-transferable or non-refundable
- Please note we have an outdoor terrace, in inclement weather, we reserve the right to move your booking to our sister venues beautiful restaurant BAHA.
