How to make an Elderflower Fizz at home – The inside recipe

Raise a toast to the weekend with a bubbly, easy to make, light, fragrant, cocktail. A great alternative to shop-bought fizz. Our recipe includes a mix of gin, prosecco, liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.

(please note, the recipe in this video is slightly different from the recipe on this page but tastes just as great)

You will need:

12.5ml Elderflower Gin

20ml Elderflower Liqueur

12.5ml Lemon Juice

12.5ml of Sugar Syrup

Prosecco

 

How to:

1. Fill a Champagne glass 2/3 with Prosecco.

2. Add your gin, liqueur, lemon juice & sugar syrup a shaker with ice.

3. Strain the ingredients from your mixer into your Prosecco and voila!

How to make the Sugar Syrup

1:1 of sugar & hot water – eg. (100ml hot water/100g sugar) Then leave to cool.
