In the spirit of bringing something new to the area, we have sourced the best people to create an enthusiastic and innovative team. Our team consists of professional managers, talented mixologists and skilled service staff, all of which strive to provide a service and experience that shan’t be forgotten.

Whilst we could name all our staff, we know there are a few who you will see on a regular basis.

We’re delighted to announce that we have two specialists running The Fizzy Tarté Patisserie, Café and Champagne Bar. With a mountain of experience between them, we are very lucky to have them with us. Kuba Marcisz and Csaba Palyov have twenty years of mixology experience between them, plus, Csaba has worked across the globe perfecting and delivering VIP hospitality. These refined skill sets intend to provide the ‘showmanship service’ that we hope you’ll love.
