Do you take bookings for drinks? 

We’re glad to hear that you’re excited as us about joining us for drinks. However, we do not accept table reservations at this time, unless you wish to book our private booth or book for afternoon tea. If you’re looking to come in for a cocktail, a glass of bubbly or two, or just for a hot drink after a long walk in the Lake District, please just pop in and one of our team will be on hand to seat & assist you.

 

Do you take group bookings for drinks?

Do I need to book for Afternoon Tea?

Yes, if you would like to join us for selections of Afternoon Tea, with or without your choice of drinks, we ask that you book online or on the phone. You can find out more how to book HERE.

 

Do you have enough space for us if we just turn up? 

We are a small venue, and will always try our best to seat you and your loved ones accordingly so you can enjoy all that we have to offer, as long as we have space. Sometimes we may look like we have space but we may not for the following reasons: weather, capacity limit, staff maybe cleaning, COVID-19 restrictions. However, our team will aim to suggest a more suitable time to come back later.

 

What is the maximum number for group bookings?

As mentioned above, we are a small (and cosy) venue so we cannot take groups any bigger than 10. If you do join us as a group of 10, you will be seated in our private booth. Our comfy & stylish private booth is perfect for groups of up to 10 people available to hire as part of a private booth package.
