How to make our Classic Pina Colada – The inside recipe

Our Fizzy Tarte Pina Colada is made with the following ingredients Bacardi Carta Oro, Koko Kanu, lime juice, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, condensed milk, with a pinch of salt. We have adapted this slight so you are able to easily make this at home. Due to this, the drinks will not taste the same, hopefully yours will taste better! Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 50ml Gold Rum
  • 75ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Coconut Cream
  • 12.5ml Lime Juice
  • Garnish with Pineapple wedge/Cherry or both! (or your favourite fruit)

How to make:

  1. Place your glasses in the freezer to chill.
  2. In a cocktail shaker: Golden rum, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream and Lime Juice. Add a few ice cubes, and shake well.
  3. Strain mixed cocktail over ice in a chilled glass highball glass and enjoy.
  4. Garnish with Pineapple wedge/Cherry or both! (or your favourite fruit)

Note: No shaker? – You can stir over ice for around 30 seconds to achieve a similar dilution.
