- Briottet Framboise
- Limoncello
- Lemon juice
- Creme de Cacao white
- Cranberry bitters,
- Demerara sugar
- Mascarpone
- Garnished with house-made raspberry sorbet, an ice cream wafer and edible flowers.
Taste: Sweet, floral, dry, silky.
